Nursery – Math: Ladybird’s Black Spots
In the maths lesson, students at the Nursery level were invited to learn about the characteristic of a ladybird with a red wing and a black spotty pattern. In that activity, the students were invited to learn the concept of numbers from 0-8 by pasting the black spots on the ladybird’s wing based on the teacher’s instruction.
At the end of the lesson, the students had a chance to confirm their knowledge about the concept of numbers by printing black spots for the ladybird using their fingers on the worksheet. This activity was set to strengthen students’ ability upon the concept of numbers. ***
