Hanna Theodora Tito
I am an introvert, but somehow I become more extroverted around children. I naturally enjoy being around them, listening to their little stories and questions, and sharing little moments with them, which really brings me joy.
FIS is my first workplace, so my journey here has also been a big part of my own growth. I have changed a lot from the person I was when I first joined FIS to who I am today. I have learned from the children, my teammates, and the different experiences we have gone through together.
FIS has also taught me that things do not always go as planned. There are challenges along the way, but they have helped me learn to be more flexible, try different ways, and keep moving forward.
What makes FIS meaningful to me is the people and the everyday moments we share. I am grateful to be in a place where I can learn from others, grow through different experiences, and create meaningful memories with the children and my teammates.
