FIS BERKAIN
Traditional clothing is an important aspect of culture that we must preserve, and batik is one of the cultural heritage in Indonesia. On July 8, 2023, FIS began running a new project called FIS BERKAIN, requiring all staff and teachers to wear traditional clothes like batik or kebaya on certain days. This is done to introduce, preserve, and expose traditional clothing to all students, from EYP to Secondary students, and show students that traditional clothing can be worn for daily activities.
This FIS BERKAIN movement will then be carried out on the 3rd of every month, and it is hoped that in the future, the students will also follow this movement to preserve our culture.
