Esti Wardani
I am a curious and reflective person who enjoys learning, asking questions, and understanding the “why” behind things. I value meaningful connections and believe that there is always something to learn from the people and experiences around me.
FIS, for me, is a place where I continue to grow, not only professionally, but also as a person.
Over the years, I have learned that meaningful growth does not always come from big moments. Sometimes, it comes from a conversation that makes me see things differently, a challenge that encourages me to rethink my approach, or a moment when I have to make a difficult decision while considering what is best for others.
What makes my journey at FIS meaningful is the people and the opportunities to grow together. I have been fortunate to work with people who challenge my thinking, trust me to take responsibility, and allow me to contribute to the growth of others. There have also been moments when things did not go as planned. Those moments taught me to pause, listen, reflect, adapt, and sometimes have the courage to take a different path.
FIS has given me many opportunities to learn, but also to support, influence, and grow alongside others. Perhaps most importantly, it has taught me to remain curious, to keep asking questions, to listen to different perspectives, and to never stop becoming.
