Early Year 2: Subtraction
Through a role-playing activity such as smart dolphins, EY2 students learned about subtraction. They have to answer the question given by the teacher by doing the movements like the dolphins love to do in the show, such as playing the ball and jumping over the hula hoop.
This activity gives the students a chance to learn Maths in a fun way. Besides strengthening their understanding of subtraction, students were also able to do simple physical activities, namely jumping, throwing, and catching the ball. ***
