Early Year 2 – English & Math: Making Something New Using Litter
EY2 students were invited to make something new using waste products such as boxes, bottle cap, can, paper bag, and plastic bottle. They made their creation in groups so that they had to share and work together. Some of them made building models like houses, hotels, and towers.
The others also made robots and transportation models (trains and cars). After that, students were asked to make the decorations using the used box that they brought from home. They made the housing by decorating the box using recycled paper, asturo paper, and wax paper. They were very happy to make their own building model using used materials. ***
