Early Year 1 – English: Let’s See Where the Toy Vehicles Stop
EY1 students did an experiment about how the wheels worked. They rolled and observed which 3D shapes could roll on the floor smoothly. Moreover, students also got a chance to integrate their acquired knowledge with English subject. They were invited to have wheels exploration to recognise the thematic vocabulary. They could work in turn with their peers by dipping the toy vehicles into the paint and rolling them down onto cardboard ramp. They could also show their eagerness to read the sight words where the toy vehicles landed. ***
