Secondary 2 – Maths Learning Journey: From Sequences to Graph Interpretation

Secondary 2 students have recently completed their learning on linear sequences, linear functions, and linear graphs, and concluded the topic with interpreting graphs. Interpreting graphs is an equally important skill for students to master. Through interpreting graphs, students not only learn how to read data, but also develop the ability to analyze patterns, make predictions, and draw meaningful conclusions. The ability to interpret graphs will support students in solving real-life problems, where information is often presented visually rather than in numbers or equations.

To strengthen their understanding, teacher conducted a series of interactive exercises, allowing students to actively engage with the concepts and practice their skills in a more meaningful way.

After completing all the materials, students took part in an interactive quiz. The quiz was divided into three parts: sequences, functions, and graphs. This quiz serves both as a post-learning assessment and as preparation for the upcoming Topic Test. Through this interactive approach, students were more engaged and enjoyed the learning process while reinforcing their understanding.
