Secondary 2 – English: Suffixes
Secondary 2 students learned different types of suffixes through group activities. The students were divided into some groups; each group was assigned to discuss one type of suffix. Here, each group could focus on one type of suffix and study it deeper through the discussions. In this activity, the students were allowed to browse some references from trusted sources.
At the end, the students had to present the result of their discussions at another level (Secondary 3). Through the group activities, the students showed a thorough understanding of the subject. Besides, the presentation allowed the students to practice their public speaking skills and boost their confidence. ***
