Secondary 1 – Visual Arts: Making 3D Futuristic Technologies Products

Secondary 1 students held an art exhibition with the theme “Futuristic Technologies Expo”. They were asked to make 3D futuristic products out of different materials such as cardboard, styrofoam, hard paper, etc.

They did this in the form of group work. First, they were given some cases/problems that happened in a futuristic city in 2050 and they had to find solutions for these cases in the form of 3D products. Once they had come up with ideas, they went on to design them. Over the next few days, they worked together to create the 3D products.

During the process, they also received feedback from other groups about the products as a consideration of what needs to be fixed. When they finished the products, they continued with the presentation and presented the products to the public. They were able to create creative and innovative products and also solve the problems from the given cases. Well done everyone. ***
