In FIS, people usually call me Ms Fransis. Beyond my role as Primary LIPCo, I am a curious lifelong learner who enjoys meaningful conversations, connecting ideas and growing together through every learning experience.

For more than 14 years, FIS has been a meaningful part of my life. Over the years, it has become much more than just a place where I work and learn; it feels like a family, where healthy relationships, trust and genuine care create a space for everyone to grow together.

What I value most is the learning environment that encourages everyone to become an independent learner. This is closely connected to my role as a Primary LIPCo, where I strive to ensure that learning is meaningful and has a real impact on children. Being surrounded by people who are willing to share, listen, challenge and support one another has also shaped the way I learn and work.

Another thing that makes FIS special to me is how students are encouraged to take an active role in their own learning. Every child is valued as an individual and given the opportunity to express ideas, make choices, take ownership of their learning and grow in their own unique way.

After all these years, FIS means more than just a workplace to me. It is a place where I continue to learn, grow, build meaningful relationships and be reminded that meaningful education begins with trusting people and giving them space to become the best version of themselves.
