Our Toddlers turned science class into a sensory adventure as they discovered the parts of their faces and what each one does!
During interactive circle time, the young scientists pointed to their eyes, nose, mouth, and ears while combining science with early math—counting “I have 2 eyes, I have 1 nose!” They learned how each sense works (nose for smelling, eyes for seeing, ears for hearing, and mouth for speaking) before testing their knowledge by pasting facial feature cutouts onto face outlines.
By connecting touch, counting, and visual crafts, Toddlers built face-part recognition, sensory awareness, fine motor control, and independent problem-solving!
