P6 students learned about human diseases in Science class. They learned that infectious diseases are caused by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites. The students also found out that these pathogens can spread through air, physical contact, contaminated food and water as well as insect bites. They explore some examples of infectious diseases such as influenza, cholera, skin infection, malaria, and many more. To learn more about each disease, the students made an infographic to explain the cause of a disease, its symptoms, and how to prevent the disease. Before making the infographic, the students went to the Computer Lab to collect information about the disease and then continued by making the draft. On the next day, students used the information that they got to make the infographic about a disease. By making this infographic, students hope that they can raise awareness for other people to keep their health and avoid getting infected by the disease. ***
