For Primary 3 IPC Entry Point, students were provided with a map of our beautiful country Indonesia. They were asked to identify five main islands from the map and then were allowed to watch a video that talked about tourist destinations in Indonesia.
Using the knowledge, students made a game called “Destination Decision” in the group. This game allowed them to recreate the map of Indonesia and decide a place they wanted to travel to. They had to also explain the reasons why they wanted to travel there. This activity led them to get engaged in the theme “Travel and Tourism” in Term 4 and they were also curious to know more about it. ***
