Baby Class – Visual-Sensory Activity: Let’s Clean The Fruits!

Continuing the learning process about fruit, the babies explored the fruit toys for exposing the textures and the colours. For baby Tweet, they explored the floating, foamy fruit toys in the basin. For baby Boom and Genius, They discovered the fruit toys spread at the playground. They found them dirty, then the babies needed to clean the toys in the foamy water.

Their visual, gross motor and sensory activity competence was emphasized in the activity. For Baby Tweet they explored the wet and foamy toys. For Boom and Genius, they discovered the fruit toys spreading at the playground and they needed to see where the fruit toys were by walking. Their bottom foot were also stimulated when they walked on the grass and ground barefoot hence it allowed them to perceive different textures like grass, dry soil and soil. Moreover, they got more sensory exploration during playing the foam.

All of those activities wrapped to stimulate the baby’s development. Their curiosity was risen hence they could manage and engage their focus. When they babies were confident and curious to explore their environment, they could have more experience from the learning activity. Sensory activity helped them to know more about their surrounding and experience everything around them work. Then at last their creative thinking would be created.
