In an exciting step toward fostering school unity, our Secondary level recently opened its doors to Primary 5 students for a vibrant integration day. The event was designed to warmly introduce the younger students to the Secondary environment, where they will soon be spending much of their time due to the upcoming 2026 renovation process. The day was packed with shared experiences, bridging the gap between the two levels and turning apprehension about the new surroundings into genuine anticipation.
The orientation started off with comprehensive school tours led by our newly appointed Secondary Escorts. Stepping into their roles with remarkable poise, these student guides navigated the campus while confidently explaining the ins and outs of Secondary life to their P5 peers. The escorts appeared incredibly comfortable and genuinely enjoyed themselves throughout the tour; their natural leadership and ease made it seem as though they had been doing this for years, instantly putting the younger visitors at ease.
Following the tours, the campus buzzed with energy during the sports segments. Secondary and Primary 5 students joined forces on the field, playing together in specially structured games under the expert supervision of Coach Annisa. The mixed-level activities promoted excellent teamwork and sportsmanship, allowing the P5 students to interact closely with their older peers in a fun, active setting that broke the ice completely.
The grand finale of the integration day came alive with a spectacular showcase of Secondary talent that left the audience in awe. Secondary students poured their hearts into the performances, delivering a blast of high-energy dances and impressive musical numbers. The Primary 5 students watched spellbound as the older students performed at the very top of their game, providing an inspiring glimpse into the vibrant creative arts culture that awaits them in Secondary school.
