This is the Secondary 1 Maths class in the orientation week. They got information about the rules, performance expectations, and also the material they will learn. Then, they played a game called “Find Me in Various Ways”.
Students were given various numbers and counting symbols to get a predetermined answer. Through this activity, students can recall the knowledge and skills they already know. Besides, it was expected that students would realize there are many Mathematical ways in helping them to solve problems.
In addition, teachers will also get data on how well their basic calculations are. As a closing, students were asked to make a list of things they wanted to achieve in Mathematics class. ***
