On October 3rd, 2023, FIS hosted a visit from Yayasan Budi Utomo Lampung Timur. Also facilitated by FIS LC, the team from Lampung gained an opportunity to have a closer look at FIS and its learning management.
A school tour conducted provided a clear idea of how FIS sets its learning and working environment enabling everyone to put their optimal performance for the students learning. The team from Lampung also experienced interacting directly with FIS-friendly students. FIS received plaudits for its environment and healthy relationships. “It was great to be in this very supportive learning and working environment.” This simple statement shared by the team from Lampung is one example of it.
During the visit, a sharing session and discussion about learning, school management, students’ needs, and development became a great experience for both parties. FIS through LC shared how FIS runs the school and puts its major concern on improving learning not only for the students but also for its teachers. It’s also a moment in which FIS shares its insights and perspectives on the various educational challenges that the world currently faces. ***
