Primary 4 : “How Magnet Works” Experiment
Primary-4 students experimented using magnets. They were learning about magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials. Before the experiment, they learned about the definition of metals, the shapes of magnets and what is it made of, and also the materials which magnets can attract. The students were given materials made of aluminum, copper, silver, steel, and iron during the experiment. Then, they were asked to check and prove whether the materials were magnetic or non-magnetic. Students certainly got a broader view of the things around them, especially those made of metals, about magnetism. They could not wait for the next experiment. ***
