Nursery Tokyo: Practical Life Activities
Nursery students passionately joined in practical life activities like carrying medium size objects (chairs) while tidying up the class. This activity allowed the students to develop their gross motor activity. In addition, Nursery students also took part in transferring game activities. They were challenged to move the water from a plastic jug to a plastic cup using their three fingers without spilling it. This activity benefited from strengthening students’ fine motor skills. And last but not least, Nursery students also had the opportunity to develop their hand-eye-feet coordination skills by moving a plastic cup filled with water using the tray. ***
