Hi, I am one of Maths teachers in FIS who loves seeing students become curious, make connections, and gradually build confidence in understanding Maths.
FIS was actually my dream school to join after I graduated from college. What I found really interesting about this school is its learning atmosphere. It is not only the students who are eager to learn, but the teachers are also constantly learning and growing. I really love how FIS encourages everyone in the school community to keep learning and become lifelong learners. Every day at this school is a precious moment for me. Sometimes, our students can also become our teachers. I always find myself learning something new from them. Through their eyes, I get to see the world from a child’s perspective, which can be very different from an adult’s. I value and respect their pure and honest perspectives, even though sometimes we still need to guide them and help them recognize when their understanding may not be quite right.
